After an initial introduction by email, we’ll ask you to share the following documents with us:

– A copy of your ID
– An employer’s statement
– Your three most recent pay slips

Once your documents have been checked and approved, it’s time for a property viewing. You’ll receive an email with available time slots to schedule your visit.

Can you see yourself living in the property you just viewed? If so, we’d love to hear from you as soon as possible, simply send us an email. No matter how excited you are, we do recommend taking a night to think it over. After all, choosing a home is an important decision.

Still excited the next day? Great! Once we receive your message, we’ll take care of everything. We’ll prepare the rental agreement for you free of charge and send it to you by email for signing. Please read it carefully and return the signed agreement to us.

Have you returned the signed contract to us? Then the next step is to pay the security deposit, equal to two months’ rent. You can transfer the amount to the bank account number listed in your contract. After that, we kindly ask you to pay the monthly rent around the 24th of each month.

Once we’ve received the signed agreement and the security deposit, we’ll schedule an appointment for the key handover. Before handing over the keys, we always carry out an inspection of the property and take photos to record its condition. If everything is in order, you’ll receive a welcome package, including, most importantly, the keys to your new home. We hope you’ll enjoy living there to the fullest!
